Delivery System Innovation:
Collaboration Principles
The Collective believes that there should be collaboration between scholars and clinical teams and leaders across the full spectrum of delivery system innovation work -- from conception through evaluation and dissemination of findings. Ultimately, the goal of this collaboration is to foster innovation through joint participation, decision-making, and ownership across collaborators.

Several principles can serve as the foundation for this type of collaboration:
-
Build on existing strengths and resources
-
Prioritize co-learning across collaborators
-
Integrate knowledge and action for collaborators' mutual benefit
-
Disseminate knowledge to all collaborators

Together with a learning health systems orientation, these principles form the basis of the Collective's approach to delivery system innovation.
