Inequity is one of the most critical challenges in the US health care system, and an issue that requires payment and related delivery system redesign.

Together with colleagues, UW Department of Medicine faculty and Associate Chair for Health Systems Joshua Liao has worked to organize a call to action and steps for using systems change to promote health equity.

Health Equity Conversations supports that goal. Through this limited series, Dr. Liao hosts a series of discussions with people and groups around the country working to improve equity through health care payment, delivery, and other systems change.
